I visited the Rose Cafe again last weekend. It has been nearly 2 years since I last visited it. It has changed a little, more tables this time. They also serve beer so instead of being the nice quiet coffee shop that I remember, it was actually a bit loud with one table full of partygoers. Still, during the weekdays, it could be a good place to have meetings with friends.
Rose Cafe is located next to the Ky Hoa Hotel on Ba Thang Hai (3|2) Street in District 10 not far from Le Hong Phong street. It is literally next door to the Cinebox movie theatre.
