Busy Saigon Traffic – District 10

Sunday, July 8, 2007 By kevmille

Wow, I was on Cach Mang Thang Tam yesterday at 4:30 PM, the traffic was heavy especially at this round about. There has been a large increase in the number of cars AND motorbikes in the last couple of years. Congestion has become the norm here with both motorbikes and cars fighting for open space in the road. The scary part is the the drivers in cars drive their cars like motorbikes which accentuates the congestion even more 🙁

One thing i hate best in SaiGon is traffic. It is terrible, special in the rains. It is easy to get mad if you stuck in the traffic jam. I used to miss my test because of traffic jam.

Luckily, Doan Thuc. I haven’t missed my test because of traffic jam. Thank God!
But I have to agree that riding a bike in the rain is terrible… So many things might happen especially accidents…
