My favorite breakfast in Vietnam is Bun Bo Hue. Many of my friends prefer Pho in the morning but I like the spicier Bun Bo Hue. Near my house at Pho 489, you can get an inexpensive delicious bowl of bun bo hue. I like to finish off a bowl of bun bo hue with Cafe Sua Da (Ice Coffee with Milk).

one word_delicious. esp with the large amount of MSG they put in the food to satisfied ones taste.
I really like the bun bo hue here but unfortunately, the quality is not really good for a Westerner meaning I get a stomachache right after I eat it. Need to make sure I drink ginger tea right after.
