My Sports Supplements Update

People keep asking me which supplements I use. For starters I use only the ones in the below picture.


My Sports Supplements

I take glucosamine, a daily vitamin, fish oil and gingseng in the morning. I take calcium, magnesium, zinc,  and fish oil in the evening. After workouts I drink chocolate milk.
Notice I do not drink any whey protein which I think is a scam. I get my protein through milk, meat, nuts and buckwheat kasha (grechka).
