Stacking the weight at the gym


One of my biggest complaints at my gym are people taking the weights I am using. Thus usually happens when there are new members and trainers.  Now I lean the weights on the press bench so people get an idea that I am using them. It does not work all the time.

Today I watched a new trainer about to grab a 2.5 kilo plate hence this blog post…
